• Managed daily operations for Gate.io’s Chinese futures community across Telegram 5K+, Discord 1K+, and in-app chatrooms 8K+, maintaining multi-platform content distribution, user engagement, and community order

• Produced daily futures-focused community content, including market briefs, trending futures trading pairs, platform updates, community announcements, and campaign copy, helping users stay informed on market moves, platform news, and activity rules

• Planned and executed weekly lightweight community campaigns, including PnL sharing, quizzes, check-in raffles, and holiday interactions; small-budget campaigns attracted 20+ participants per session and helped build early understanding of trader incentive response and participation barriers

• Handled community bot setup, spam moderation, user Q&A, campaign execution, and daily/weekly reporting, building early insight into CEX futures user behavior, the limits of community-led activation, and the trading growth funnel
