Solution

• Participated in the 0-to-1 launch and cold-start operations of KuCoin Wallet, supporting pre-launch preparation across content, community, user education, task campaigns, and mainnet promotion to ensure on-time product launch and early user onboarding

• Supported wallet user onboarding by preparing website SEO research, Help Docs, Medium educational content, and campaign guides, helping reduce new users’ learning barriers around wallet features, task rules, and basic on-chain operations

• Built and operated early-stage Twitter/X and Telegram channels, including social content calendars, daily Tweets, Giveaway campaigns, TG bot and group rule configuration, mod coordination, user Q&A, and community engagement

• Supported AMA, Giveaway, Gleam-based tasks, and mainnet campaign execution, covering partner coordination, Q&A preparation, design brief submission, campaign warm-up, and real-time user feedback monitoring; contributed to a mainnet campaign that drove nearly $2M+ in asset deposits
